Price is based on a weekly rate - pay for 6 nights get the 7th free. Wonderful park. Wonderful Managers. Wonderful people. Rustic and well taken care of setting offers full hookups. Fire pits. Wi-Fi works great. Connected to a conservation area. No street noise. Close to Lethbridge and major shops. Would without a doubt stay here again. Highly recommend to everyone. Its worth the extra 35 km from RV "Resort" on west side of Lethbridge.

The $51.00 was the flat rate which included 2 adults only, did not include the $2.50 each for each pet or $2.50 each for each additional person over the age of 5. We stayed here last fall and were not charged these fees, which apparently have been introduced this year. I have to laugh at the previous review referencing KOA (Keep On Adding) The park is situated in a nice area but with a lot of traffic noise being just off the main highway. The pool and the play ground are very small. Laundry is expensive. There is a small store that carries the necessities. There is also an arcade room just off the back of the store which is not "parental" watched and with the eight "children" in it at one time, well, it was very noisy and unpleasant. The internet access is pretty much non existent and expensive. I truly do not feel that this is a park that should be rated as "Resort". Though I rated it a 6, I really think is warrants only a 4. Reason for the higher number is due to the park hostess who registered us in. You know what they say about first impressions ? She welcomed us in with a smile and a very warm greeting of hello, asking about our travel plans and wished us a great stay. Though very new to the area herself she was more than helpful to direct us to spots in town. Lethbridge is a wonderful area and we love to make this one of our stops, however we will not return to this park.

Top notch in our books. One of the nicest parks. Very well taken care of. Stayed 2 nights on our way back north to Canada. Conveniently off I-15 though you don't hear the traffic. Close to town. Very nice scenery. Friendly owners with a great dog who helps them escort you to your site. Too cute. Large level gravel sites with grass. Pull thru sites. Wifi was the best. Will most definitely be back again.

This is a nice park with a new area for pull-throughs with 30 or 50 amps, cable TV with 60+ channels, WiFi but a very low connection speed. The pull-through area is level gravel with grass between wide sites. Plenty of room. A view of the mountains at the back of the park. There are what seems like permanent residents but their areas are very neat and taken care of (no junk around). We would stay here again.

Night cost reflects Coast To Coast price. Very friendly staff, nice scenery and close to Zion National State Park. We were charged an additional $5.00/day for 50 amp and internet that rarely worked. Sites are close together but liveable. Sites are extremely un-level. Not overly impressed at all and will not use this park again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks - RPI affiliate - $10.00 each night plus $2.00 for hydro. Well worth it. Will most definitely return. It is an extremely nice park ~ with grassy sites, a cabana with a picnic table and barbecue at each site. There is a recreation center with 2 pools (one indoor, one outdoor), a hot tub, showers, washrooms, library, game room, family room with T.V., adult lounge with T.V. There is 2 laundry facilities and washrooms with free hot showers. Cable at each site. It was a clean, spacious park, and well maintained. Reason for an 8 rating is that the Wi-Fi is weak and it is something that we depend on, due to working on the road.

Owner/Managers extremely nice. Small park with spacious sites, grassed and treed with firepits and picnic tables. Rustic with full service. Wifi is great. Site we were in backed up to a small river. We loved it here. Will most definitely return.

We've stayed here 2 times. Off I-40. CTC affiliate park. Nice pool and hot tub. Employees are friendly and nice. Lots of planned activites. Close to Laughlin & Bullhead City and Oatman. I would give it a higher mark but Wifi is available only in the clubhouse. Very inconvenient. Would stay again.

Price quoted is CTC. Would have given it a higher mark, but after meeting with a sales rep in the office, lets say that barracuda would be a compliment. Very rude ! Especially when we refused to sign. We have stayed here a couple of times and do like the park. Pool, hot tub, mini golf, activities, river. No trees. Wifi only if you go to clubhouse. Cable tv is available for a steep price, and if you want to add access to internet from your rig, a further fee. Total $42.00 every 2 weeks. Not sure at this point if we would go back

Campground is small and cute and compact. Our site had a covered picnic table; close to all amenities in town. Clean, good water pressure, electric (only 30 amp), Owner is very rude. Internet WiFi is horrible, almost non-existent. When I asked if there was a problem with the internet, he talked thru the door and told me its my problem. Would not stay there again, we camped in a 5th wheel and stayed for 5 nights. No trouble using Passport America rates.

A nice park in the Oldman River Valley, just off hwy. #3. Minimal traffic noise. Close to town. Heated pool. Wifi access is a little above average. There's a grass section with large trees, and then another section that is all gravel. The majority of the sites are pull throughs. They have pancake breakfast's on Sundays. The staff are very friendly and polite. Will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

if there was 0 rating as an option, we would pick it. They stated on their website that they honoured Good Sam - they didn't. 99% are permanent residents and it shows. Garbage all around, uncut grass. Do not recommend staying here - park on the side of the road instead (any road)
